Such a fun place to have family night! I hadn’t been skating since I was a little girl so it was super cool to get back on the skate floor!

We just went to this amazing place for the first time and it was like, soooo beautiful! 😍 The staff at the counter were seriously the nicest and most helpful peeps ever! 🙌 And don't even get me started on the food, it was like, YUMMMM! 😋 Plus, the carpet design was like, totally unique and super cool! 😎❤️ …

I've been here twice now, once at adult skate only and once with my granddaughter in the afternoon. Had an amazing time, every time. The place is always clean, skates are in great working order, a decent selection of snacks and drinks, safe lockers for your stuff, and plenty of seating, even on a busy day.

This place is great for kids/families. The price is reasonable considering it also includes skate rental. You can pay an extra $5 for a “walker” and you’ll get a drink token if you return it before 2 hours. I was impressed with how smoothly everything ran here. The snacks and drinks were a reasonable price, and my kids enjoyed the claw machine games. Today I learned with younger children it is important you go with 2 adults, in case 1 falls while skating and is injured so badly they can’t skate the rest of the time with the children. (I kid. Kind of.) My kids also loved how they could buy little toys at the entrance (which ends up being cheaper than an arcade!). The toys at the entrance are actually pretty decent prices and are things kids really want. All the employees are very friendly here as well. Overall we had a fun time, and we’ll be coming back (as soon as I recover from my sprained elbow and large bruises from falling 🫠 I guess when you’re nearly 40 trying things you haven’t done since you’re 10, it doesn’t end well?) My kids fell countless times and were totally fine!

Fun place to visit - it was pretty busy when we went during the public skate window. They have “walker” or support devices for smaller kids or just little ones who are unsure on their feet. Lockers required a debit/credit card, and are very small - we ended up tucking our shoes under one of the benches to avoid using multiple lockers for everyone’s shoes, and it worked out just fine.

I'm sorry this place is headed out. The people are so very nice here, the atmosphere was welcoming. The floor is concrete, for those of you that might not expect that. Also, pro tip - if your 72 yr old mom wants to roller skate, say no. This place went into amazing response when my mom fell and broke both arms. Very attentive, caring, patient. They even refunded me. I hope they find another location. Cheers.

Love that they don't charge you to just go in and watch. Let me be with my nieces as they skated without having to pay!

It takes a lot to receive a 1 Employees and Managers were extremely rude about a single balloon and gifts brought in for a 5 year olds birthday, that did not purchase a party room. The mom was trying to comply with their policies by taking the gifts out to the car, and they kept coming up and telling us the same thing over and over. By the 3rd trip out to the car, their staff came up and was freaking out about the balloon that was left because the mom’s hands were full. The dad who was putting on his daughter’s skates responded that he understood but mom’s hands were full and she will grab it next trip. The staff then got an attitude and snatched the balloon and walked off to go give it to mom. They also have been taking the skate buddies that help kids keep their balance, from the kids in the rink, leaving them stranded, scared, and at risk of injury, without talking to the parents who actually rented the skate assist buddy. Their attitude is very aggressive and unpleasant towards customers. Their rules and policies are crazy strict. You can stop on the wall for longer than 5 seconds before their staff rolls up and says”keep it moving”. I’ve never felt so much pressure at a place that is supposed to be a family fun place where you should be silly and having fun and can stop at the wall to tell your parents to look at the cool new thing that you learned. I pretty disappointed in them. They also were not going to shout out the birthday girls name, but finally did after the 3rd or 4th reminder 30mins before we left. My daughter was pretty mad her best friend was getting treated so bad. And they are 5!!! If things change by spring 2024 then I will leave another review. But until then, I would recommend driving to puyallup or somewhere else. They are wrong on so many levels.
